Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

  • Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,000.

  • Orders below Rs. 4,000 will have a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200.

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. You will receive a CALL OR SMS for order confirmation before dispatch.

  • Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3 – 5 working days.

  • All items are delivered in a single box. If you require an additional box, do let us know on Instagram or WhatsApp, a Rs. 200 charge will apply.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.

  • You can request cancellation via Email, Instagram or Text/Call.

  • If you cancel after dispatch, it will result in a permanent ban from shopping with us.

  • If you fail to receive the order once, you'll have to pay 50% of the order price before dispatch of the next order
  • We make two delivery attempts. Failure to receive the order will also result in a complete ban from future purchases.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Color and texture variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting used during photoshoots; exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.

  • All product sizes are mentioned on the website. Measurement variations due to human error can be exchanged.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • If an item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer an exchange.

    • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

    • Complaints made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  • If the error is on our end, we will cover the pickup and redelivery charges for the replacement.

  • If the customer wishes to exchange by choice, shipping cost for returning the item and resending the new one will be approximately Rs. 400, paid by the customer.

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if unused, with all tags intact and original packaging in perfect condition.

  • Complaints and exchange requests will begin after we receive the returned item.

  • Complaint processing can take 2 – 3 weeks.


Material & Tarnish Policy

  • All types of artificial or fashion jewellery can tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture, oils, acids, and air.

  • This is a natural reaction of metals and does not qualify for refund or exchange.

  • Always check the material before purchasing.

    • Stainless steel is the most reliable and long-lasting.

    • 925 sterling silver is also a durable, premium option.
